This advanced one-day course is designed for experienced small animal orthopaedic surgeons seeking to enhance their knowledge and technical skills in the management of feline pelvic trauma.
The course covers assessment, diagnosis, surgical planning, and fixation strategies for common feline pelvic injuries, including sacroiliac luxations, ilial fractures, and acetabular fractures. Teaching is delivered through didactic lectures, case-based discussions, and dry-lab and wet-lab practical sessions, with an emphasis on clinical decision-making and complication management.

- Perform a comprehensive pre-operative assessment of cats presenting with pelvic injuries.
- Optimise diagnostic imaging and surgical planning for complex feline pelvic trauma cases.
